Boundaries are Essential

As we grow on our self-awareness journey, we will learn the importance of nurturing the spirit. Many of us maintain a false sense of happiness. We are happy at various times or in certain areas of our lives.
The goal should be to experience some semblance of happiness across every aspect of life. Happiness is the threshold to wellness. Once you figure out the boundaries needed to protect your happiness then you will be able to elevate to wellness.
Boundaries are the rules we create to educate others on how to treat us. They are personal contracts that specify how to interact with us in a healthy way.
We are the gatekeeper of our peace so guard it wisely.
